Airport Taxi Information

General Information for being Picked up at all Airports:

• Call us toll free 1-888-368-2323 before you board your flight and give the dispatcher your:
  • Name, airline, flight number, time of arrival and cell phone number.
• Request your favorite driver, station wagon, non-smoking cab, etc.
• If you have a problem or your flight changes call again.
• Manassas Cabs are easy to spot. They are gray with yellow lettering
• The driver can look up plane arrival times on the Internet using a Mobile Data Terminal (MDT). We are the first cab company to use a Motorola® cell phone for an MDT® that uses the Nextel Wireless® Internet to exchange data.
• If you gave the Dispatcher your cell phone number, the driver can see it on the MDT and should try to contact you in approximately 20 minutes after you arrive.
• When you find a driver you like, you can become a personal customer of this driver.

Manassas Regional Airport (MNZ):

• Call before you take off or radio the Forward Operating Base and request a Manassas Cab at least 30 minutes before you land.

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA):

• Our taxicabs must use the second curb from the Baggage Claim area AND are not allowed to wait there.
• Get your luggage first.
• Call and tell the Dispatcher the door number that you will exit.
• The taxicab will meet you at the second curb in front of that door.

Dulles International Airport (IAD):

• Manassas Cab can provide service from Dulles International Airport.
• You may see the Washington Flyer there also. But it IS perfectly alright for us to pick you up if it is pre-arranged before you get to the airport.
• Meet your cab at the terminal side of hourly parking, rows 10 and 11, across from the International Arrivals. (Baggage level and on your left-hand side as you leave the terminal, across from curb #2-A).
