Manassas Cab can provide you or your company with a Personal or Corporate account that allows you to use a signature instead of cash for all your transportation needs. All you need to open your account is to call Carolyn (703-257-0222 ext. 201) or David (703-257-0222 ext. 200).

You can have several accounts to help you track travel costs for people and projects. You can choose to be invoiced on a weekly or monthly basis. Your invoice includes the original vouchers signed by your visitors or staff. This voucher has the pickup and drop off location and the meter fare. The passenger both prints and signs their name on the voucher confirming that the fare is correct.

We think this provides you a better record for tax and accounting purposes. We also look at the repetitive runs and if the cost is noticeably higher on a run and not justified, we reduce the cost to an average of the last few runs.
